Tierra del Fuego or Beagle Channel?

I guess it depends how much time you have in port.

When we were there, I did the Beagle Channel cruise in the morning, and then the Tierra del Fuego tour in the afternoon, with time in between to walk around the town.

I enjoyed both. The cruise takes you to the southernmost lighthouse, and to a few small islands to view sealions, cormorants and other seabirds and wildlife.

The drive through the park is also spectacular.

If you can arrange to do both you should. When will you be back to the End of the World?
