Miami Airport Carnival Check In

We just used this last Saturday Nov. 3. Would highly recommend it. We waited 15 minutes to check in at the airport and breezed to the first boarding zone at the cruise terminal.

Bit of advice:

If you already have your cruise tags on your luggage AND you flew on Delta check in before you get your luggage. This will save you from hauling your luggage from one end of the terminal to the other. You come down the escalators and the check in is to your right. We had to walk all the way down to the baggage and then haul them back.

Used airport check in on January 7, 2013. Process including line waiting in line was about 20 minutes. We also used Carnival transfers for the first time which went very smoothly. Compared to port check in, LOVED this process. When arriving at port, we were ushered to the VIP check in line. Went through security immediately, went upstairs, skipped the next line since we already had S&S cards, took boarding photo, and boarded. Time from arrival at port to time in cabin: 20 minutes.
