We want to express our thanks for your time and efforts Bill and to wish you a healthy, happy and really wonderful 2013.

 

We look forward to the first business day of 2013 tomorrow here in Australia, and receiving our new E-DOCS and pro-rata refund info. As we thought, nothing was going to happen between Christmas & New Year - it never does! So, a new year begins, and we're really looking forward to our holiday. Happy New Year to all!

Yay...tomorrow morning we will be leaving the ice and snow and heading to beautiful Singapore AND then the wonderful Azamara Journey! We are so looking forward to seeing the newly "refurbished" Journey and of course the fabulous officers and staff who have a way of making us feel so welcome from the moment we board.

 

A huge thanks to Bill Lieber and all of the shoreside staff who have worked so hard to make the "change of departure date" for this cruise as painless as possible for all of us. It could not have been an easy process.

 

Not only do we look forward to this cruise but to many more future sailings on Azamara Club Cruises. You are the best of the best!!

I heard from someone onboard all was going well - I saw pics of furniture all piled up. I gather the Cruise Director is I/C furniture so be prepared for a number of jokes about that!

We've checked our Amex account and found that we've been reimbursed for our hotel in Singapore. Just in time for our departure tomorrow! It's a shame Azamara Customer Services didn't email us to tell us about this reimbursement, but at least we've got the money.
