I had faxed in my documentation and saw no email or confirmation. After about a month, I called Princess, explained the situation. A very helpful agent checked, and found they had no record of the fax. She had me re-fax it, and suggested I call back in 10 minutes to confirm receipt. I did, and got another very helpful agent who checked and said yes, they did get it this time. He then had me wait on hold for about three to five minutes, came back and said to check my cruise personalizer, and lo and behold, there it was! Moral of the story, if no email or confirmation, call them. They will be very helpful.

After the first email with no response, I did call Princess and was told that unless the cruise was within 10 days that no one would bother to look for it and to send it again. Perhaps I got an agent having a bad day? I'll give it another try. Thanks for your reply!

This is similar to my situation. I emailed it twice, but I never received confirmation. I called them again and sent it while I was on the phone with them. Don't forget, you need to send a copy of your DL as well. One thing I did on the last attempt was to first resize the copy of the DD214 to a smaller size. It might not get through to them if it is too large.

I do have an issue overall with Princess' cabin credit program. We did not see our credits on our account until we were about 4 days into the cruise. When we finally did, it was not right. Our kids bought us some credits in the casino, the spa, and just general credit. The casino credits showed up just before we got to Hawaii, which meant the credits could not be used until we were on the way back to the mainland. The spa credit showed up as general credit, we think, anyway. We never received the confirmation when we boarded. It wasn't until the middle of the 14 day cruise before they got us copies of the confirmation(especially the casino credits) so that we could do anything about them. If we ever go on another cruise again, I will tell my kids to forgoe the Cabin credit gifts. (they were Christmas presents).
