I do not recall seeing any online booking but I probably was not looking

 

You usually can just book onboard without a problem ;)

Canyon Ranch on Cunard for reservations is a 800 number. Oceania should be too. I don't use them so this is only what I know from other sources.

I always book my CR reservations 6 weeks out. That way I get MY prime time for the day.

 

They are very nice on the phone and will send you a hard copy, via the internet, for your records. I take it with me in case of a mix-up on board (which has happened).
