Parasailing in Cocoa Beach

I'm looking for a few things to do while in port at Port Canaveral? We are scheduled to be there from 7am to 6pm. Has anyone ever done parasailing with Cocoa Beach Parasail? In addition to Space Center activities, can you recommend some activities for a family of 4 with a 15 y.o. and 11 y.o.? Thanks in advance.
