I don't think you get perks on three and four day cruises but I may be wrong I suggest you call NCL directly to find out

It depends on which perks you want. The 4+3 won't be treated as a 7 day. You will get the perks for 4 and 3 day cruises.

According to the NCL website: Ship pin and onboard discounts are available on all sailings. All other benefits are available on sailing 5 days or longer.

The program did change. Last year on Dec. 5. Latitudes benefits are given on cruises that are 5+ days.
