Spinnaker lounge on Gem

Leaving Saturday with my family. One of our favorite lounges is the spinnaker lounge. Is it still on the Gem? Who is the cruise director, concierge , and the hotel director? We love Hugo on the Jewel. He really makes a cruise enjoyable and makes you feel special.

For what it is worth, seems like I read a recent Gem review that said there was another CD and Concierge.

but Florentina was leaving when we got off Nov 7th,

I heard Sinan was on break as well, read that Ken was on board

and not sure if Jennie is still there

so i am not much help :D

I am glad to hear Sinan is still the Gem Cd. We sailed with him and the awesome crew last spring. I love the welcome back show they put on when we come back to the ship on port days: dancers, waitstaff and even officers boogieing to the music, and Sinan with that silly wig. All of the dock dancing, ice water and cold towels make us feel so special. Love GEM.

Got off the Gem a few days ago.

 

Jenny is the HD.

Ken was the CD, but we heard he rotates every cruise with another individual.

Ryan is the concierge.

Sinan is on vacation until Feb 13, 2013 and then he comes back for 4 more months on the Gem, after that its TBD from my understanding (although he did pack all his belongings since he stated things can change in that time frame). Sinan has a very good Facebook page that he interacts very well with the folks who post on it.

 

Jenny was great as well, you see her everywhere on the ship!
