Specialty Restaurants on Coral Princess

That question calls for a qualitative judgment that only you can make. To me, no, because so far, I've been happy with the food in the main dining room. If I were on another cruise where "Oriental Night" was the menu for the evening, then yes, suddenly the Bayou or Sab's would be worth twice that -- to me.

I would search for reviews of both venues here, and you will almost certainly find the menus in that search. I will say that I really liked the ambiance (what I saw) of the Bayou on the Coral: the jazz band, the decor -- it looked fun. While, on that ship, Sabatini's didn't have the wow factor it does on the larger ships. I'd go with Bayou just for the live music/decor for that reason.

Have fun investigating!

The Coral and Island have Sabatini's and the Bayou Cafe. We went to the Bayou and it was quite good. Worth it? It all depends on your preferences. I prefer the Crown Grill or Sterling Steakhouse but that's me. I'm not big on spicy food and most of the options in the Bayou Cafe were very spicy or Cajun. Not my preference.
