You should move this to the Cozumel board. Usually take taxis to downtown, never rented a vehicle. But someone there might have some info on parking. As I recall it's pretty sparse downtown in general.

Did you find La Choza and if so was it easy and close to downtown? I believe this is the place my husband and I ate on our honeymoon 16 years ago and we are cruising again in March of this year for our anniversary and would love to go here. Any info would be helpful and appreciated.
