Fax # for stockholder credit?

Hi, i have 2 fax numbers for guest administration and am not sure which one to use to send my stockholder info for obc. Has anyone recently faxed this and which number did you use? Thank you

I just used the 6477 number 2 weeks ago and it was not received. I called and they said to send to a different number which I don't have. They had a problem with the fax machine. So call them and they can tell you if they received it. I got the credit applied within 48 hrs. Good deal that SBC.

A few months ago, I emailed my sister's statement for credit on our December cruise. I don't recall the email address, but a search here would probably turn it up.

I've faxed the docs to this # and it went through no problem. This was in 09/2012. Just make sure that the statements you fax in are the most recent and cross out your acct # . They don't need it our want it. I did get an email confirmation that the fax was received .

 

The COVER PAGE should include the following:

Booking#

Which Ship and the length of cruise

Sailing Date

VIFP#(If applicable)

 

Also include your email address.

6477, Had to do it twice but the OBC showed up quickly after the second time.

I did not get an email response. They no longer accept emails for submitting SHC. Fax or snail mail only.

My experience was exactly the same. I never got any confirmation and so I called, and was asked to send the fax to 305-406-7441 because there have been problems. I was only nine days out but they were very nice and applied the credit.

We had the same problem. Called Carnival and they had us scan the documents and email the scans to them. Email: guest admin@carnival.com

Faxed my statement to 305-406-7441. Got an e-mail back in an hour and checked my account and had the obc already applied. $100 for stockholder and $100 for fcc. Woo-hoo!!! Thanks to everyone for their help. Good cruising to all
