Paradise delayed

I crossed the bridge last evening at about 5 and it was heavy fog then. Thought about the ships and was wondering if there would be any coming in today. I'm going out of Tampa on the 24th and hope we won't have a fog issue. I've only lived here for less than 2 years and didn't realize the fog caused these issues till this winter.

Looking at the title "Paradise Delayed," all I could think was, better than "Paradise Lost." (apologies to John Milton:p) We had a fog delay in returning to Galveston in 2010 on Conquest - missed our flight, had to spend an extra night in Houston. It's just something to keep in mind this time of year sailing in and out of ports like Tampa and Galveston that tend to have fog problems.
