Wine Purchase Near Galveston Port?

Plan to take the Princess transfer from Houston Hobby. Is there a place to buy wine within walking distance of the port?

Or at reasonable price at Hobby?

I'm sure someone will reply with a specific store but just keep in mind that if your cruise leaves on a Sunday, you cannot buy alcohol before 12pm on Sundays. Something I found out the hard way looking for a bottle for my cruise :(
