Has anyone used Portcompass for a St. Petersburg excursion?

I am trying to figure out which tour company to use in St. Petersburg this July. I understand that ****** and Red October are good, but what about Portcompass? Has anyone had any experience with them. I also am interested in their Berlin tour from Wundermunde. Has anyone done that? Thanks for any info.

We used Portcompass for all our port tours in South America. All of their tours were excellent.
