Can anyone tell me please, do the transfers from the ship to the hotel stay go via the airport or direct to the hotel for the second week?

They take you to the hotel directly, usually about midday :)

What happens if it's the other way round? We are doing a stay and cruise. I know we have a transfer but is it usually before all the flights are in?

for stay cruise barbados yes transfer is before flights come in (1st flights dont come in until about 3pm)

In Majorca, the transfer from hotel to ship was about midday.

 

So were taken taken direct from Airport to Hotel when we arrived, a week later picked up at the Hotel about midday, and taken straight to the ship, some planes had arrived already, some hadn't, then at the end of the next week, taken direct from the ship to the Airport, all works very well.
