Cruise Compass for the Brilliance

Just back from Brilliance back to back. Didn't keep any cruise compasses. We thought entertainment was a bit hit and miss but we don't like broadway type shows. Other guests seemed seemed to enjoy them. We thought the guest entertainers were better except for the comedian who we didn't find funny at all. We do lots of comedy in the uk and again I think it was a matter of style.

We enjoyed the new menu's and had some great meals.

The cruise compasses aren't generally helpful for shows. Only the production shows are the same. All of the headliners will be different. The cruise director is responsible for the activities and he is leaving the ship next Saturday so it's likely there will be many changes for your cruise.

The menu was different with some same regular items that were shuffled around a bit. What I had wax good but I tend to order same old favorites. I should have been more daring and tried new things. The menu is a large size which I find more awkward. I also find the misc. writing all over it to not be so helpful, I greatly preferred the old layout if the menu although the new items are appreciated.

The French executive chef is super nice and friendly and seems to go to more events and socialize a bit more than others.

I have them from 2/2 sailing-food was great-entertainment we thought lacked-very Spanish-on our sailing Americans seemed like a minority-boat is in great shape-did not like some of our stops--The French and Spanish ruled the boat. Not a real problem except some of them were quite rude.
