We would like to use our dining ashore vouchers while out for the day and were wondering if the restaraunts have a dress code for lunch. My shorts aren't short but they aren't Bermuda shorts either - will this be OK or should I plan on capris?

You should be fine at almost all restaurants, only the $$$$ ones may have a problem with it but back home you probably wouldn't go into restaurants like that wearing a T-shirt anyway. Shorts and a T-shirt are fine most places (not bathing suits though).

Bermuda shorts, with jacket, tie and long socks, are considered acceptable for fine dining. If you plan on going that route for dinner one evening then shorts other than Bermuda shorts are not acceptable. (I recall one time a co-worker who was new to the island showed up to work in jacket, tie, long socks and Tilley shorts. The boss sent him home immediately to get changed into either pants or proper Bermuda shorts.)
