Scooter in Valencia Spain?

Spain is one of the more disabled friendly countries in Europe. There are generally plenty of dropped kerbs and museums, places of interest etc are generally accessible.

The old part of Valencia is a pedestrianised flat area, so you shouldn't have any problem with your scooter. At the beach there is an accessible promenade where you will find lots of bars and restaurants. A great place to have a Paella Valenciana.

I don't thik you should encounter too many problems in Valencia and the locls are always friendly and willing to help.
