Best Time of Year?

No, it is not too late. 2008, we sailed from BA March 30th (about). BA & Santiago were 75 ish. The rest of the ports were cooler. Falklands were chilly, but very windy. Ushuaia and Puntarenas were chilly too, but not as windy. Cape Horn was very pleasant. It was cool, but little wind, sunny and calm seas. Puerto Montt was windy, rainy and cool. We had 2 inches of snow by the pool as we sailed the west coast of Chile.
