reilly1 Posted January 21, 2013 #1 Share Posted January 21, 2013 Does anyone have any experience of Cabin 9514 on Independence? We have booked it for a mini cruise in October and it looks a strange shape on the deck plans. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks. leaveitallbehind Posted January 21, 2013 #2 Share Posted January 21, 2013 Never stayed in it but - like others in that part of the ship - it follows the contour of the superstructure so the outside wall and window location is likely curved or angled. You will also notice that it drops in category from an F to a G with less square foot space than the neighboring stateroom. But it will be similar to other G's. (This is true of most of the furthest forward rooms based on ship design, in particular on different decks with the family OV staterooms in the very front, where the front wall also angles inward).
