Brickell Village Area Dining Recommendation

We are looking for a good seafood restaurant with outdoor dining space near the Brickell Vallage area. While we know Oceanaire is good, we have one nearby and are looking for something different.

Garcia's is about a 10-minute taxi ride from the Brickell area, and is located on the Miami River, with outdoor seating. The fish is caught that same day with their own fishing boats, the food is excellent, and the prices are as well! Here is some info:
