Best thing to do other than sting ray city

We are heading back to GC next year. Last year we did the Sting Ray city and loved it. Now we are looking for another great idea? What else does everyone love about GC?

My group debated between sting rays and the beach horseback riding (in GC there's a bunch you can actually ride in the water). Did it once in Jamaica and it was great, but the stingrays won since we can do the horse riding here in the states in Brandenton Florida. ;) If you're interested in that the three I found that I thought might be the best (off reviews/prices/details their websites/email stated) were:

You can google or search the site for more details and contact information. And I'm not for sure it Nikki rides in the water with the horses or not but her tour sounded more private than group like the other two.

We are going to Grand Caymen at the end of Feb for a day. We decided to take a Jet Ski Tour to Rum Point Beach since we did the Stingrays and Snorkeling last year. There are a lot of company's that offer Jet Ski Tours if you search for them!

The Botanicle Gardens are nice, Pedro St James historical house.

I like the beaches in Grand Cayman.

 

Maybe snorkeling? Or learn-to-dive?
