Jade is simply the first part of the Windjammer buffet, not a restuarant. I tried a few selections and they were fair to good.

Correct, it's part of the 'jammer, at least on Mariner OS the first station you hit when you get to the hot food section.

We liked it a lot....very good sushi and accompaniments, the entrees, soups, and salads one would expect from a restaurant with this theme, although the theme is "westernized" a bit IMHO.
