Is the Dream sailing from the same terminal in Port Canaveral as it always has? Thanks.

No it is at the new terminal at Port Canaveral. I have heard it is very nice.

That cruise terminal is terminal number 6. It is brand new and very nice! Also, I've heard that boarding is very fast at this terminal.

The new terminal is very nice and boarding is fast but there is quite a hike from where you leave your bags to the terminal. Or maybe it just seems further because you want to get there, be checked in and board the Dream. Staff are excellent and very friendly, too. ;)

Yep, there is a lot of walking at this terminal. They are just getting you ready for the walking you will do on the ship LOL. I was kind of surprised where we were dropped off though. We pulled up right beside our terminal and thought "Oh this is nice" only to find out this was where the people get out for the Ecstacy at the other terminal.

 

But yeah, things moved fast there.

Does anyone know how far it is from the parking lot to the terminal? Last year the lot was right across the street from the Ecstasy terminal. Very convenient!

The parking garage is just across the main terminal road, and then under the elevated road. Very convenient to the terminal.
