Can someone explain the stateroom bar set up to me

Hello, Please can someone explain how the stateroom bar set up package works and what it includes for the money.

We did the Jack Daniels package on the Millennium in August. We got a bottle of Jack Daniels, 6 canned drinks and a box of nuts. It was in our cabin when we got on the ship. We were able to change out some of the canned drinks so we'd have all diet cokes, which is what we wanted.
