I was just emailed to say I won a Destiny Deck Map, and they attached Affadavit of Eligibility to fill out. Anyone else win something like this? I don't even know what the Destiny Deck Map is.

I apparently won the week 1 prize--The crystal artwork. Hopefully, they recieved my affidavit. I was notified while I was cruising. First time it didn't go through then I resubmitted it at home. I will let ya'll know if I recieve it.

I ended up with about 17,400 pts. I won a signed table. The email didn't have any fax number or email address to send the form to. I just relied to the email and attached the form. Let me know if any of y'all hear something.
