Grilled whole fish

My husband loves to eat grilled whole fish. Where would you recommend going? We were hoping to find an open air grill at a beach club that would serve the fish.

We did the All Inclusive at Mr Sanchos in November and they have the grilled whole fish on their menu and my husband loved it. He said it was very good. It was small but being All Inclusive, your husband can have more then one :)

Another vote for Mr Sanchos. We went last week and had a grilled fish and a whole fried fish. It was incredible, the skin was very crispy and the meat cooked perfectly. We cleaned that fish to the bone! The fish that we had was actually a pretty good size. Probably 10 or 12 inches.

Or if you want to head to the east "Wild" side, Chen Rio (just before Coconuts) is noted for it's huge whole snapper!
