Spa pass on NCL Sky?

Hello fellow cruisers -

 

Does NCL Sky sell day passes to the spa? To clarify, I'm asking if day passes are available on this ship to enjoy spa amenities. I once sailed on the NCL Pearl and very much enjoyed the thalassotherapy pool, heated lounge chairs, jacuzzis, rain forest showers, etc. I didn't get any spa treatments, but the amenities included in the day pass were great! :) I've been on the NCL Sky twice before, but didn't have a look at the spa. Any input would be greatly appreciated as to what spa amenities are available on NCL Sky. Thank you so much!!:)

No, I do not believe that they do. The spa area on the Sky has treatment rooms, but I did not see any sort of thermal suite, and they were not offering spa passes when we were on it in 2010.

rjm11 is correct. No thermal suite on the Sky.... just treatment areas. That was one of the first things we asked about when we were on the sky for the first time and we were told no spa relaxation areas so no spa passes.

Yes, because Sky is a smaller ship, she does not have a thermal suite. I ran to the spa when we boarded last December, and that's where I learned the news first hand. Having said that, because the Sky only offers short itineraries, and because there's such an emphasis on fun activities, you won't miss the spa.
