Jewel of the Seas - May 18 - Southern Caribbean 7 night

Does anyone know which nights will be the formal nights for the Jewel of the Seas 7 night Southern Caribbean cruise, leaving from San Juan? My husband and I always skip the first formal night and go to the specialty restaurants (we go for the lobster on the 2nd formal night)?

 

Also, does anyone know the menu order for this cruise? If not, any way I can find out?

Applying this to the 25th May sailing and I would assume formal nights to be 26th and 30th?

 

You say as per RCCL was this from you emailing them or somewhere on the website (searched but cannot find)

We haven't been on Jewel yet, but our last two Southern Caribbean trips, dining times were 6:00 and 8:30. Formal nights 2nd and 6th nights.
