Boarding Passes

NO, I don't think they even look at them.

 

They are looked at by security to allow you to enter the building.

 

If you are platinum/elite or in a suite, they are looked at to see that you have priority boarding so you can be sent to the priority line.

 

When you get to the check-in desk, they do take the passes and look at them to make sure you have set up the credit card information and to get the proper cruise cards for you.

 

But b&w printing is fine for all of the above.
