Trying to to reassure family about crowdedness on allure?

Since you're boarding in a week - tell them yes you lied and it will be extremely crowded and disappointing... there's no turning back now ;)

When they get on board they'll be pleasantly surprised :D

It's SO hard to find a deck chair...

Parades are a bit busy... giant penguins definitely take up too much room ;)

Because I heard of the crowds in the WJ on Day 1, we headed straight to Central Park for the roast beef sandwiches. Believe it or not, that was too crowded so we went to the WJ and found seats with no problem. This was around noon.

I say, tell the family not to worry about the crowds and concentrate on the excitement of the upcoming trip. She is a beauty, and crowds or not, they will LOVE it!

I had the same experience.

Unlike every ship I have been on, I could find a chair poolside at any time.

If you know what you are doing (do the research) you can spend the entire cruise without ever seeing a line or a crowd.

As others have said, I found the Oasis to be the least crowded, but, then again, I pretty much knew where the crowds would be, and I was able to avoid them.

no one hates crowds more than I do. That said, I was not bothered in the slightest by the crowds on Allure. Solarium had plenty of space on sea days, so did the main pool. Yeah, Park Place and Windjammer were busy at lunch during sea days, but not enough to complain about,
