Rockettes on Breakaway

As part of their role as Godmothers, two Rockettes will sail aboard the first six sailings of Norwegian Breakaway beginning May 12, 2013, and the first sailing of each month thereafter. They’ll take part in special events, photo opportunities, a meet-and-greet speaker series and more. On top of that, the dancers will lead exclusive fitness classes designed by the Rockettes.

 

Does this mean that they will be on the January 5th, 2014 sailing to the South Caribbean or is there a sailing in January 2014 before this one?

It is doubtful that you will be able to get a 100% accurate answer. The "first sailing of each month" could mean the first full sailing starting on or after the 1st of the month OR it could mean the sailing that includes the 1st of the month.

 

Without direct clarification from NCL, or until after people can experience this event first-hand, nobody is going to be able to provide an accurate answer. Guesses yes, facts no.

According to my Breakaway book the Rocketts are scheduled to be on the January 5th 2014 sailing.

 

The very last page of the book that lists the "destinations" lists which sailings the rockettes will be on.
