How do you tell, when cabins sold out.

Go to carnival.com and try to book a cabin in the category that you're curious about.

 

They only show 10 cabins max when you try to do this. I guess when they finally get low on cabins available, then you'd have an idea of how many are left in that category.

The OP only asked how to tell if they're sold out. That's the only way I know to tell easily.
