Dropping a person off the reservation

May be some one may be able to help me. We have an inside cabin for 4 and one of the people may not be able to go. We have not made final payment yet. So can we just cancel the one person with out a penalty. We need to keep the same room because the children are in it and we are across the hall.

Yes, if it's before final payment date, you can remove a person and get a full refund of their deposit.
