$250 obc- nice

So I submitted my early saver form and received a basic no response to my request for a price adjustment. With no reason listed. Well I kept checking and running the numbers...and it still seemed that I should be able to get the price adjustment.

 

My only thought was that since I had a "premium balcony" (one of the L balconies on Valor) they weren't giving me the adjustment because of that. But my category is an 8A same as a regular balcony.:confused:

 

So after trying to email for two days...I finally gave them a call. I was put in contact with the nicest lady that looked at everything and immediately agreed that an 8A is an 8A regardless of what title they may refer to it as.

 

She gave me the adjustment and woot woot :D...I now have a $250 OBC.

This will be the DH's platinum cruise...he will be soooo excited.
