dallas52 Posted March 9, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2013 Flying in early on Sat. the 20th and wanting to stay close to the sights, leaving the next morning on the Glory looking at using Hotwire to get rooms. There will be 6 so will need 2 rooms, cant use priceline because of this. We are looking at the 3 star hotels in the financial district. This isnt far from airport or cruise termial and we also can get to most sights easily. We also are going to stay one night after the cruise before we fly home on 7/29/2013 on a late afternoon flight, anyone have any good ideas on leaving luggage till later in the day after checking out. Our flight isnt until 7PM. thanks for any help
138east Posted March 9, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 9, 2013 The 3* hotel on Hotwire for 7/20 for $138 is likely to be the Holiday Inn Beacon Hill. That is a good location and a good price. For the 28th there is a 4* hotel for $128. This could be one of several hotels all of which are well located and likely to be closer to Quincy Market than the Holiday Inn. The only thing you can easily do with your luggage is to make a reservation to go to the airport on the water taxi from Rowes Wharf for $10/pp. This will entitle you to use their luggage storage all day. This is a great deal!

138east Posted March 10, 2013 #5 Share Posted March 10, 2013 Prices are always higher for a Sunday when it is a business travel night. What dollar amount are you seeing? Anything under $150 is a good deal.
