Positive suprise? On a Carnival ship

The comp'd fruity bar drinks (virgin) our bartender provided our daughter each night (starting with the second night) in the MDR on our last Carnival cruise on Pride.

 

If I go back to our first cruise, I was impressed with the level of service in the MDR - I didn't expect Carnival to have such a high level of service. Carnival's service has been at least as good as (and more personable than) our RCI and NCL cruises.
