Moomba Beach- Carnival excursion TENTS??

Hi will be in Aruba on April 4th and are planning on doing a Carnival Excursion that includes a stop at Moomba beach! Just wondering if it will be covered in tents? Am wondering also if we should do the De Palm island excursion instead?? Would love some input! TIA!

Moomba is on the heart of Palm Beach. Palm Beach is not a spot where campers pitch tents.
