Coffee on Valor

Hi All,

Sailing western Caribbean 18th Sept.2005.

 

I understand that you have to pay extra for coffee at the Java bar on the Carnival.

Is the free coffee any good? I am a coffee lover, and I need to know what my options will be.

Does any one know if the Fountain card entitles you to coffee at the Java Bar?

Fountain card only for sodas...Coffee was good as anywhere else. If you like the specialty coffees you get that from the coffee shop but it is also available in the dining rooms. We were asked several nights if we wanted cappa's, reg, etc.

I was on the Valor 3/20 and I thought the coffee was pretty good.....considering it comes from the big machines. They also have half and half available...not the non-dairy substitute.

Carnival has pretty good coffee at the buffet in the morning, not as good as the dining room. But a lot better than the coffee on any Princess ship..Dennis
