I would be grateful for any information on this company - russiantours.com. We are travelling to St Petersberg on Vision of the Seas on May 28th and looking to book a tour for 4 people. We have read recommendations from Alla Tours and SPB but not seen any info on this company.

There are 4 or 5 companies that literally hundreds of folks here regularly take and strongly recommend (like, zero complaints). You have already identified two of them, the others are easy to find.

 

Other companies exist, but have zero track record with members of Cruise Critic. I expect you might find a couple people who know this company you inquire about, but considering the track record of the better known ones, why take a chance on a trip of a lifetime?
