Luke Saint Joe Posted November 30, 2017 #51 Share Posted November 30, 2017 Last New Year's Eve, we sailed on Magic & had 2 cove balconies where we were able to open the partition. We enjoyed the closeness to the sea, but we prefer an open balcony over a cove. We usually book an aft balcony.
douglinc@msn.com Posted November 30, 2017 #52 Share Posted November 30, 2017 We have considered Cove's a couple of times, just haven't done it yet. We will probably try one pretty soon. Doug
The4Cruisers Posted November 30, 2017 #53 Share Posted November 30, 2017 Our last two cruises have been in the same Cove balcony room on the Magic. We would not consider the normal balconies IF the right cove rooms are available. There reportedly are some not-so-good coves, but do your research and you'll be just fine. retiring soon Posted December 1, 2017 #55 Share Posted December 1, 2017 I prefer a cove over a regular balcony. It's more shaded, private & closer to the water. Sent from my UMI TOUCH X using Forums mobile app
jamscckmc Posted December 2, 2017 #56 Share Posted December 2, 2017 We booked 2350 on the Vista. It's just forward of the mid elevators. It looks to me that the galley is aft of mid elevators. Anyone had this stateroom?
