Do they still feed the stingrays at Castaway and is there a fee for this?

Yes they do. Its listed under excursions at CC. There is a fee but I don't know what it is. Just check out excursions and it will tell you.

The fee was $35 when we went in February. It was alot of fun.

We did it too, but so you know the stingrays are an in enclosed area (with netting) and when you feed them they are trained to swim up and around a small contraption that allows you to get up close with them. It certainly feels staged (obviously) but still fun for the kids to get close and experience them.

 

If you just came from Grand Cayman and did Stingray city you might be a bit disappointed.
