Good News Legend Cruisers!

Since I have been on here complaining about no info from Carnival, I thought it was only fair to share the good news from Carnival today...

 

A representative from Carnival wrote on Facebook today that the Carnival Legend will be repaired before the transatlantic sailing. She went on to write that the vessel's power, propulsion and back-up generator systems will all be fully operational for that voyage. Which means... if everything is repaired before the TA... then the Europe cruises are safe!

Does this mean the current status is its still not fixed. It seems to be written in future tense.

Thanks for the update.... we need good news .... already been cancelled on the Sunshine cruise. Can't take another one.

Good point....I sure hope so! I am coordinating my clothing now for that cruise. We would be terribly disappointed if it has changed!

Thank you! That's great news! On our roll call we've been speculating that they'd have the repairs done before the TA.

Not sure what is wrong with it, but I'm also not sure how they could repair it without taking it out of service.
