Marinewife05 Posted March 29, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2013 I'm feeling very lucky. I've called 3 times to get reduced rates on our June sailing and never waited for more than 5 minutes. Saved another $150 today.
marter99 Posted March 29, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2013 I called twice, was told both times it would be around a 90 minute wait - I waited 10 minutes tops, each time.

dallas52 Posted March 29, 2013 #4 Share Posted March 29, 2013 called last week and the wait time was told to be 90 minutes but it turned out to 45 minutes, that a long time listening to their ads.

WetToes Posted March 29, 2013 #6 Share Posted March 29, 2013 I've called a couple times this week. Waited nowhere near 90 minutes, maybe 15.
onthehighseas606 Posted March 29, 2013 #7 Share Posted March 29, 2013 5 minutes, then called this morning was on hold about 8 minutes until I hung up and got my answer on line. My price drop showed up on my booking.
TravelingAPor Posted March 29, 2013 #8 Share Posted March 29, 2013 I guess it depends on when you call. I called at 8:00 PM and waited 45 minutes to get through. It took another 30 minutes for her to get me my $100 reduction for 4 of us. ($25 pp) I still think it was worth it. BTW It is always a long wait for me. Last week I got the same deal. $100 for the 4 of us. ($25 pp) ;) It also took me almost 2 hours.
