Not too bothered by all this either. Remember something like this before with Thomsons where drink wasn't allowed to be brought onboard and would be taken into storage till the end of the cruise, so assumed it was still being enforced. Find the drinks are competitively priced onboard anyway so if I want a pre-dinner tipple I'll just bring back a glass of something from the bar to the cabin.
