Venice water taxi

Hi, can anyone tell me how "bumpy" a water taxi ride from the island to the airport would be? DH has a problem with motion sickness.

Quite bumpy. They are usualy speed boat type of things and small.

They tend to go quite fast and jump over the wash of other vessels.

When they go slow, they are rocked around by the waves of other boats.

Perhaps consider a land taxi or the shuttle bus?
