Having trouble making payment on NCL site

Did you book directly with NCL or with a Travel Agent? You can only make payments on ncl.com if you booked with them direct. My cruise is paid off so I can't tell if I would be able to make a payment now.

yes I booked dirctely with ncl. was able to pay this morning.

I had problems paying about 2 weeks ago, had to call NCL directly.

As much as I pay my bills online, I always pay for the cruise over the phone as I find too many issues with cruise line web sites.
