Bear Creek Zipline in Ketchikan

Anybody out there that has done this? If so can you tell me how strenuous it really is. Most importantly how tough is the walk to get to the zip lines. My 75 year old father wants to do this but I am remembering the one we did in San Juan and we had to walk up a road that had a 40 degree grade that the mini bus couldn't drive up and even the 20 year olds on the excursion were having to stop and take a break.
