Inane question of the day....

When they complain, they can be fined, jailed in the ships brig

In nautical parlance, a ship's jail is a "brig," and yes, there is a brig on a cruise ship,

Really makes me want to quit my job and work on a ship.... Great links Derf.

I heard the morgue doubles as a meat locker...or is it the other way around....anyway, same difference.:D

morgue room of large cruise ship where quality and experience are key elements.

You betcha, and also a morgue.

The meat locker makes since, as it is obviously cold. Do HAL's "meat locker/morgues" take up the whole aft section of their ships then?

And nope, nothing but a couple law-abiding cruisers here folks. Our mantra is even "Lips that touch liquor shall never touch mine".

Come on- fess up- whose been in one?!

The guy who produces the weekly Cruise News show for PVR was telling me that on the average trans-Panama Canal voyage, seven passengers expire. I'd expect that number to be higher for a typical HAL or Cunard sailing.

I thought the inane question of the day was "Should I wait for my tender tickets or just cut in".

That was yesterday Duck, I am claiming it today. Wow on that question, by the way. Good response!

An average of seven people jump out of the canoe during that cruise? Just say no to Trans-Panama Canal cruises I guess....
