The new balcony cabins on Legend OTS

When the new balconies were added recently to Deck 6 on Legend it looks like they were "hung" on the outside of the ship.

 

Can people on the decks above look straight down into your balcony?

 

And are the interior dimensions of these cabins the same as the original balcony cabins on deck 7?

 

Hopefully someone can answer...having trouble choosing cabins:rolleyes:

There is a cover/roof on top of the added balconies.
